About Rewriting My 40s

I’m documenting my 40ish reset: life changes, healing, learning self-trust again—one honest entry at a time. This isn’t a perfect-life blog. It’s a real-life one. The kind where you don’t pretend you’re fine just to look strong.

Some endings save you.
This is what rebuilding looks like after that.

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Jeralyn — and I’m rewriting my 40s in real time.

This space started as a quiet reset. The kind you don’t announce loudly. Just a decision to come back to yourself after a season that changed you.

I’m learning how to be okay with endings, how to trust my own timing, and how to enjoy my own company without needing to prove anything. I’m building a solo bucket list not because I’m trying to “be brave,” but because I’m finally choosing a life that feels like mine.

Here you’ll find journals, reflections, and little milestones — the honest version. Not polished. Not perfect. Just true.

If you’re also in a chapter where you’re starting over, healing, or figuring out who you are now… you’re in the right place.

About What I Do: The Strategy + Systems Side

Outside of this blog, I work as an Outsourcing & Automation Strategist.

I help founders and small teams simplify operations, build lean systems, and create workflows that reduce overwhelm — without the corporate fluff. My work usually sits at the intersection of:

  • automation + process design
  • systems setup (tools, dashboards, SOPs)
  • streamlining team workflows so execution becomes easier and more consistent

I’ve been working remotely for years, and I’m the kind of person who loves turning messy ideas into clean, repeatable systems.

If you want to collaborate, build something, or need help making your backend feel lighter, you can reach me through the Contact page.

Quick facts

What I believe

Healing doesn’t have to be loud to be real.

What I’m creating

A personal hub for resets: blog posts, journals, and stories—plus a solo bucket list I’m actually doing.

Who this is for

Anyone who’s starting over quietly… and wants proof it’s possible.

If you’re here too, you’re not alone.

One small step is still a step.
